Janet has 18+ years of experience in leadership roles at leading technology organizations and start-ups in the United States and India. Janet is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s leadership program and a Gallup and Erickson Coaching International certified coach.

Most recently, she was Director of Product at Mad Street Den, a Sequoia capital funded Computer vision and AI start-up based out of Chennai, India.
​
Earlier, she was Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Strategic Product Management and Engineering at Odessa Technologies, a US based private equity backed fintech leader in Asset Finance Technology.

Prior to Odessa, Janet spent several years in technology development roles at OneShield. She has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
