Prior to GIAN, Venkatesh ran sales and operations for multiple start-ups and Fortune 500 companies and scaled them through various growth phases.
He built go-to-market and product launch strategies that resulted in over $500MM+ revenue across industries. He spearheaded large business transformation projects delivering savings of over $20MM.
He also helped build the strategy and execution plan for a new R&D organization (now 400+ engineers) to accelerate innovation cycles.
His experience across multiple business functions and industries is a great asset to GIAN clients.

He holds two Masters of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison - Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Operations Research.
